Dear Friend,

We are delighted you’ll be joining us for the live broadcast of Focus on the Family’s The Truth Project® at Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs, CO on September 27, 2008.  Below is information that will be helpful as you prepare to attend this event.  Please be aware, the start time for the live broadcast differs from all other time zones listed on the web site. 

• Check-in:  Check-in for the training conference will be from 12:30PM-6:00PM on Friday, Sept. 26th  or 6:00AM-7:00AM on Saturday, Sept. 27 th  in the Administration Building of Focus on the Family.  At check-in you will receive your training conference packet, your set of Focus on the Family’s The Truth Project DVDs and your nametag for easy access to the event on Saturday morning.  Because of the early start time we strongly encourage you to check-in on Friday afternoon.  Please see the attached agenda for more specific information regarding the program on Saturday. 

• Nametags:  You must wear your nametag at all times while on the campus.  This identifies you as an conference attendee to our staff both in the bookstore and for meals.  Please do not forget to wear it on Saturday.

• Meals:  We will be providing a light continental breakfast including fruit, bagels, muffins and juice served from 6:00AM-7:00AM and a boxed lunch including a sandwich, potato salad and a brownie served at  approximately 10:30AM on Saturday both are included in the cost of your registration.  If you have any special dietary needs (food allergies, vegetarian etc.) please contact Marti Krause at 719-548-5758 at your earliest convenience so that special meals can be arranged in advance.

• Special Simulcast Instructions:  Due to the nature of this event, you MUST be in your seat at 7:15AM!  You will only be allowed to enter/exit the event at scheduled break times so take extra care to be on time.  In addition, by attending this event, you give Focus on the Family and its contractors permission to videorecord you as part of the audience, and to simulcast and otherwise distribute this recording.

• Dress:  We suggest business casual attire.  You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket for your comfort as the room will be air conditioned.
